Each lighting piece is custom made. Production is only started after we receive a 50% deposit against an order.  The  goods are shipped once the invoice is paid in full.


Each lighting piece is made to order, therefore we are not able to offer returns.


All lighting fixtures have a 1 year warranty after they have been delivered against any mechanical defects. Within that time, we will repair or replace any defective components or whole product. After that period, we can support you with a repairs for a charge.


Any damages you discover upon delivery and before installation must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt of the goods. CANDAS is not responsible for repair or replacement of damaged lighting reported after this time. If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and the studio must be informed in the first 10 business days. failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

Any damage during installation should be documented and shared with the CANDAS  Studio, so that the best course of action can be determined to replace or repair the item.

CANDAS DESIGN is not responsible for:

  • damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods
  • damage caused by improper installation or assembly
  • damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment conditions


Price as quoted is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
